Financial Aid

We highly encourage you to apply for our financial aid program through CampDoc. Our admissions process is need-blind, which ensures that applying for a scholarship will not affect your acceptance, and that students of all economic backgrounds are able to attend. Learn more about financial aid HERE. Please make sure to fill out the application on CampDoc by May 15th. Applications submitted after this date are not guaranteed to be reviewed. You can expect to hear back by May 20th.

Tuition amount and deadlines

SigmaCamp Next 2024 tuition is $2350. Our sibling discount lowers the cost of attendance for the second camper by 20% and for the third camper, by 35% ($4,230 for 2 campers, $5,757.5 for 3 campers).

We also offer a 20% off discount if you will be attending both of our camps SigmaCamp and SigmaCamp Next this year ($3,360 for both).

Tuition must be received no later than June 1st, 2025!

We are trying to make camp affordable and reasonably priced for all. Therefore we are doing a lot of difficult fundraising to supplement the tuition. Even at full tuition each camper is supplemented for about another $200. If parents would like to make a tax deductible donation of that difference to cover full cost of attendance for their child or any other donation that could help to support other children and all the great programs at the camp, we would very much appreciate it. You can do it by just adding $200 to the regular tuition. 

Ways to Pay

You can pay in one of the following ways:

• Via Zelle Pay:
  SigmaCamp accepts payment via Zelle bank transfer. To pay via Zelle, please use the name SigmaCamp (or First name: Sigma Last name: Camp) and email info@sigmacamp.org
   
• Via CampDoc:
  On CampDoc you can pay through credit card and electronic checks. When you log into your CampDoc account, you will find a tab titled "Make Payments" where you can pay tuition. You can also select add-ons (such as transportation and bedding). Keep in mind that CampDoc has a fee when paying. If paying on CampDoc, you may use the following coupon codes for our discounts: SIBLING1 (sibling discount for 2 campers, applied to second camper only), SIBLING2 (sibling discount for 3 campers, applied to third camper only), 2CAMPS (if attending both camps, applied to both camps).
   
• Via Venmo:
  SigmaCamp accepts payment via Venmo. Please note that Venmo charges a 2% transaction fee—be sure to adjust your total and include this when submitting payment. Payments can be sent to @sigmacamp
   
• If you have difficulty with these payment methods, please let us know at info@sigmacamp.org

Refund policy

SigmaCamp's official refund policy is as follows: In case of cancellation before July 1st, 2025, 50% of tuition payment will be refunded. After July 1st, 2025, no refund is given. 
SigmaCamp may, in rare circumstances, consider situations on a case-by-case basis and issue refunds exceeding the amount as per policy, but this is at our discretion.
